3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate business and contact information
  • Provide logos, images, text, pricing, service information, and other materials reasonably needed to complete the project
  • Ensure they have permission to use any materials they provide
  • Review information and website content for accuracy
  • Respond to requests for approvals or information within a reasonable period
  • Use L&M Automation services only for lawful business purposes

L&M Automation is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

4. Payments & Recurring Billing

Setup fees and recurring fees are charged according to the package selected at checkout.

Recurring subscriptions:

  • Continue until canceled
  • Are charged according to the billing schedule displayed at checkout
  • May begin after an applicable trial period if a trial is offered
  • Require a valid payment method

Customers are responsible for reviewing the pricing and billing terms shown before completing a purchase.

L&M Automation will not add undisclosed recurring charges.

5. Cancellations

Customers may cancel recurring services by contacting L&M Automation.

Cancellation:

  • Stops future recurring charges after the applicable billing period
  • Does not automatically reverse charges already incurred
  • Does not automatically refund work already completed

Any active services that depend on an ongoing L&M Automation subscription may stop after cancellation.

6. Refunds

Because L&M Automation provides customized digital services, payments for work that has already been completed are generally not refundable.

If a customer believes a billing error occurred or a service was not delivered as agreed, the customer should contact L&M Automation so the issue can be reviewed.

7. Project Timelines

Project timelines may vary depending on:

  • Complexity of the project
  • Customer response times
  • Availability of required content
  • Third-party platforms
  • Requested revisions
  • Technical issues outside L&M Automation’s control

Any estimated completion date is an estimate unless a specific deadline is agreed to in writing.

8. Revisions & Scope Changes

Reasonable revisions may be included as part of a project depending on the package or agreement.

Requests that materially expand the original scope may:

  • Require additional fees
  • Require additional time
  • Require a separate agreement

L&M Automation will communicate significant scope changes before performing additional billable work.

9. Website Content & Customer Materials

Customers retain ownership of their:

  • Images
  • Written content
  • Customer information
  • Business data

Customers confirm that they have the right to provide and use the materials supplied to L&M Automation.

L&M Automation may retain ownership of reusable materials it creates or uses internally, including:

  • Templates
  • Reusable workflows
  • Internal processes

Unless specifically included in a written offer, customers may be responsible for third-party expenses such as:

  • Domain registrations
  • Advertising spend
  • Premium software
  • Paid integrations
  • Email services
  • Other external services required by their business

L&M Automation will not knowingly charge a customer for an additional third-party expense without communicating it.

L&M Automation may provide basic SEO configuration and digital automation services, but does not guarantee:

  • A specific Google ranking
